No Refunds on Custom Orders

Because each order is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final and non-refundable once the production process has begun. This includes:

  • Custom graphic designs

  • Printed materials

  • Personalized apparel or products

  • Special order items

Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet started.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at [your email address or phone number].

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or there is a production error:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product.

  • Provide a description of the issue along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • If we determine that the error is on our part, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our end, we will:

  • Reprint or remake the correct item and ship it at no charge

  • Or issue store credit if the original item is no longer available

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Custom-printed items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

6. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that all files, artwork, sizes, and shipping information are submitted correctly. We are not responsible for:

  • Spelling, grammar, or design errors approved by the customer

  • Low-resolution files provided by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
