Printed materials

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet started.

If your item arrives damaged or there is a production error:
Contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product.
Provide a description of the issue along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
If we determine that the error is on our part, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our end, we will:
Reprint or remake the correct item and ship it at no charge
Or issue store credit if the original item is no longer available
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
Custom-printed items
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards or digital downloads
Please ensure that all files, artwork, sizes, and shipping information are submitted correctly. We are not responsible for:
Spelling, grammar, or design errors approved by the customer
Low-resolution files provided by the customer
Incorrect shipping addresses
